“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are – yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Hebrews 4:15-16

We had lunch yesterday with the lovely couple who have offered to care for our beloved family dog, Marley, during the 6 months we’ll be away on our CDTS. Everyone clicked beautifully…they loved Marley and he clearly took to them as well. Maybe an even bigger deal was having the kids see all this roll out and realize that God has answered a big prayer request for them in such a reassuring way.

Surely we have a High Priest (Jesus) who has our good in mind all the time, was tempted just as we are…yet without sin…and Who we can approach boldly, with confidence and with anything.
